Ever since I started using MINT.COM I’ve been obsessed with budgeting & finances. I mean this is THE MOST AMAZING HELPFUL BEAUTIFUL PERSONAL BANKING SITE EVER (thanks Intuit) & it’s so much fun but then they email me every week to tell me how much I’ve spent in the past 7 days & on what, & then diagram it into a pie chart & also into bar graphs to compare to the national average.
& Jesus fucking Christ it’s depressing looking at how my money disappears, even when I don’t buy frivolous things.
But anyways… their ‘error’ page above is pretty sweet. I’m glad they have a sense of humor & their user interface is gorgeous, even if they make me (&J) want to die inside.
OMG. This is what J & I DO ALL THE TIME (with our laptops).
Once, I was supposed to close a show with a 3-year-old kid and we both had matching outfits. During rehearsal, everything went as planned, but on the day of the show he started crying halfway down the runway, so in my head I thought, “What am I supposed to do?!” I ended up picking him up and I carried him to the end of the runway. This was funny only after the fact.

While I was sick I watched an obscene amount of KDramas. Hopefully my Korean has improved within those 293849032 hrs so my parents & I can communicate without dramatic gestures / squinty faces / angry loud noises.

After lunch a fire alarm went off at work & after standing in the parking lot for an hour watching firefighters rush in with oxygen tanks strapped to their backs, we found out it was a ‘false alarm’. Even so, the site shut down & we were sent home. I think most people would be excited for an excuse to get a half-day but we were pretty much horrified that we couldn’t finish working.
Also I’ve decided that 3day weekends are not my friend.
…GOOD THING I HAZ ICE CREAM.
